These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 531apk platform, including all betting, casino, and gaming services. Please read this document carefully before creating an account or placing any wager. By registering with 531apk, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.

531apk enforces a strict one-account-per-person policy. Operating multiple accounts — whether for bonus abuse or any other purpose — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and balance forfeiture.
All transactions on 531apk are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits are credited instantly via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, and GoPay. Withdrawal requests are processed within five business minutes under normal conditions.
All bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and expiry conditions are stated in each individual promotion's terms.
Fraudulent chargebacks, collusion, use of automated betting software, bonus abuse, money laundering, and any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities are strictly prohibited. 531apk reserves the right to close accounts and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
Any dispute arising from these Terms should be raised with the 531apk support team in the first instance. Our team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Disputes not resolved informally may be escalated through the process described in Clause 14 of this document.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
Access to and use of the 531apk Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during the period of your membership:
Age Verification: 531apk applies a strict 21+ policy. Proof of age and identity may be requested at any point. If you cannot or do not provide satisfactory verification, your Account will be suspended and any Balance held pending resolution.
By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that all eligibility conditions are met. 531apk reserves the right to carry out verification checks at any time and to close Accounts where eligibility requirements are not satisfied, with any Balance subject to the provisions of Clause 4 (KYC) below.
To place bets or play games on 531apk, you must create a registered Account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to update your account details promptly if any information changes.
Each individual may hold only one active Account on the 531apk Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — including through the use of different email addresses, devices, or IP addresses — is a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 531apk will:
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 531apk will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 531apk immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting the 531apk support team. 531apk reserves the right to close or suspend Accounts at its discretion, including where a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed. Upon closure, any outstanding verified Balance (net of applicable Bonus adjustments) will be returned to the payment method used for the most recent deposit.
531apk is required to verify the identity of all Members before processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process may also be triggered at any time where 531apk has reasonable grounds to verify account information.
You may be requested to submit one or more of the following documents:
531apk will endeavour to complete KYC verification within 24 hours of receiving all required documents. During this period, your Account will remain accessible for gaming activity, but withdrawals will be held pending completion of verification.
Important: Submission of false, altered, or misleading identification documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and may be reported to the relevant Indonesian authorities.
The minimum deposit on 531apk is Rp 50.000. Deposits are accepted via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Deposits are credited to your Account balance instantly upon confirmation. 531apk does not charge fees on incoming deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified bank account registered in your legal name. Withdrawals are processed within five business minutes under normal operating conditions. 531apk does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions; expedited VIP withdrawal processing is available for Gold, Platinum, and Diamond tier Members.

All deposits and withdrawals are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). 531apk does not accept deposits or issue withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred on your side are your sole responsibility.
An Account that has recorded no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. 531apk may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rp 25.000 to dormant Account balances. Members will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied. To reactivate a dormant Account, simply log in or contact support.
All bonuses, cashback offers, reload promotions, free spins, and any other incentives offered by 531apk are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, as well as the general provisions of this Clause 6. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any winnings attributable to Bonus funds may be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement on 531apk deposit bonuses is 20x the bonus amount. For example, a Bonus of Rp 100.000 requires total wagers of Rp 2.000.000 to be placed before associated winnings are released.
All bonuses carry an expiry date, stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonuses and associated winnings that have not been converted through the required wagering by the expiry date will be automatically removed from the Account balance without compensation.
531apk operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, using prohibited betting patterns designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, and any other activity that 531apk reasonably determines to be an exploitation of promotional terms. Where abuse is identified, 531apk reserves the right to void Bonus funds, remove associated winnings, and close all affected Accounts.
Members may be invited to participate in the 531apk VIP Loyalty Programme, which provides enhanced benefits across Gold, Platinum, and Diamond tiers based on wagering activity. VIP tier assignment, maintenance criteria, and benefit schedules are governed by the separate VIP Programme Terms, which form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. 531apk reserves the right to amend VIP tier thresholds and benefits at any time with reasonable notice to affected Members.
All sports bets placed on 531apk are subject to the Sportsbook Rules, which are published in the Sportsbook section of the Platform and incorporated herein by reference. In summary: bets are final once confirmed; odds are subject to change prior to confirmation; 531apk reserves the right to void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred; and bets on events that are abandoned or rescheduled beyond 72 hours of the original start time will be voided and stakes returned.
All live dealer games, including baccarat, blackjack, roulette, dragon tiger, and sic bo, are subject to the rules of the relevant game as displayed at the table. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game hand, the outcome recorded on the game server at the time of disconnection is final. 531apk will not compensate for bets lost due to a player's own connection failure.
All slot and RNG (random number generator) games operate on certified random number generation technology. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages reflect long-run theoretical averages and do not guarantee any individual session outcome. In the event of a game malfunction, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned.
Individual game sessions may be subject to maximum single-session win limits as stated in the game rules or the relevant product's terms. 531apk reserves the right to apply maximum win caps of Rp 500.000.000 per 24-hour period across all game categories, unless a higher limit has been agreed in writing for VIP Members.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 531apk Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
Breaches of this Clause will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of any Balance (including deposits where funds are suspected to be of illicit origin), and may be reported to Indonesian law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities.
All content on the 531apk Platform — including but not limited to the 531apk brand name and logo, website design, software, game content licensed from third-party providers, written text, images, and audiovisual elements — is the property of 531apk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 531apk.

531apk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, 531apk will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by posting a notice on the Platform homepage and, where practicable, by sending an email notification to the registered email address on your Account.
Your continued use of the 531apk Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account and arrange return of any verified Balance.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the 531apk Platform, you agree to contact the 531apk support team in the first instance by emailing [email protected] with a detailed description of the issue. 531apk will endeavour to acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and to resolve them within 14 business days.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming industry standards and the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 531apk is licensed and regulated. To the extent that Indonesian law applies to a specific aspect of these Terms, it shall govern that aspect accordingly.
These Terms & Conditions are issued in English, which is the authoritative language of this document. Any translation provided for convenience shall be non-binding, and the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.
